By using the form on our website, which provides us with personal information concerning the deceased, solicitor firms or private individuals, Rockwell presumes you agree to your information being used and disclosed in the ways set out in this Policy.
Only Rockwell and our working partners (appropriate statutory and local publications) will have access to your data. It will be used purely for making contact with you (responding to questions/providing details of publication and final dates for claim details) at a later date, unless you have requested us not to do so.

σ The right to ask us to delete or dispose of any of your personal data that we have collected in the process of placing a Statutory/Trustee Notice/Advertisement as part of your instructions to place Trustee Notices on your behalf.

If you have provided Rockwell directly with personal data, we will only use it with your consent in the performance of producing a Statutory/Trustee Notice/Advertisement and where that data is processed by automated means, you may ask Rockwell for a copy of the personal data to re-use with another service or business.

However, if your request is complex, more time may be required from the date we receive your request. This could be up to a maximum of 3 months.
