About Us

Rockwell have been placing Statutory Notices under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 for over 20 years, providing a cost-effective and time-saving service to Solicitor firms, Probate Managers and Accountancy Practices throughout the UK.

We also place Notices on behalf of private individuals.

Saving You Time

We will book space for your Notice to appear promptly in the London Gazette and relevant local paper.

We produce the statutory copy required for the London Gazette and local paper. We also determine final date for claims on your behalf. We acknowledge your instructions via email or confirmation letter and confirm publication dates and final dates for claims.

We also supply you with a hard copy of each published Notice.

Saving You Money...

Placing a Notice in The London Gazette via Rockwell can cost you less than booking it yourselves. Why? Because The Gazette provides several ways for you to submit Notices dependent upon how frequently you place Notices.

You can place one-off Notices which they input for you, costs you more and you pay at the time of booking. You could set up an account with them. Our client firms tell us they found it time-consuming and complex, especially if you are an infrequent user.

You will need to complete a number of their forms including information about your firm which you may believe irrelevant and unnecessary.

Our rate is discounted. Not only would your Notices cost less via Rockwell, unlike other online companies we allow our clients 30-day payment terms.

In addition we do not add VAT to our invoices as we have not yet reached the threshold where VAT is payable.

The cost of placing Trustee Notices in local papers differs from paper to paper dependent upon each paper’s individual space cost. We provide costs for your approval before proceeding.

No VAT

As a small business we are below the threshold and do not add VAT to invoices.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

Rockwell Legal Notice Advertising is required to pay for space costs at the time of space booking so payment will have already been made by us on your behalf, prior to invoice.
